Delivery Time
1. After the order has been placed, our Customer Sales Representative (CSR) will SMS for confirmation and then the order shall be processed.
2. Delivery is done within 3-5 working days from the confirmation time.

4. The estimated average Delivery time (after the order is dispatched) across Pakistan is 2 working day for Karachi and 3 to 5 working days for other the major cities. For remote areas delivery can take longer.

Cancellation Policy
1. For cancellation of Prepaid orders, please contact us within 24 hours after order placement.
2. For cancellation of Cash on delivery orders, please notify our team during call confirmation or automated confirmation system via SMS or Email .
Payment Through Cards
1. We aim to provide a safe and secure shopping experience. However, in some instances, we might need some form of payment verification or source to process the order, which will be requested from the consignee through call or email as per the bank’s instructions to avoid any fraudulent or suspicious transactions.
2. Discounters reserves the right to cancel orders if the payment is declined by your authorized payment institution.
Delivery Charges
1. We offer Free Delivery for all the orders above PKR. 2000/- within Pakistan.
2. For orders below PKR. 2000, standard delivery rates PKR. 150/- will be charged.

Our Technical team will call you back, enquire about complaint, brief/guide about complete operational procedure. Most probably, it will start working because we send all products after testing.
In Case, You think the product is Faulty, Please Share its video mentioning Fault with us to our Whatsapp (03005297727), our technical team will evaluate it. Some times its lack of operational guideline for which our Technical expert team will guide you. But if Fault established, Please send us back to our office, we will replace it happily.(we will pay you courier expense through Easypaisa/Jazz Cash-)
